  • Gained proficiency in company digital tools, including navigating and utilising our ERP system, managing tasks, using CRM software, requesting time-off, logging work hours, preparing daily reports, communicating with clients through the system, and effectively using the organization's email platform.
  • Gaining expertise in digital marketing, 3 in-depth articles and 3 video presentations have been created. These materials are published on our website and shared across our social media platforms, enriching our online presence.
  • A targeted effort was made to generate 569 industry-specific leads, followed by a strategic cold email campaign designed to attract them to the company.
  • A sales presentation is being prepared to effectively introduce the company to potential clients.
  • Learning the fundamentals of marketing plan development, the first draft of a comprehensive marketing plan is being prepared.
  • Gaining knowledge in SEO concepts, with a focus on backlink generation, efforts are underway to strengthen the company's online presence and improve search engine rankings.
