Do I pay licence fees for the ERP?

No. Our ERP is built on open-source Odoo and self-hosted, so you pay only for setup, customisation and support. Free software support is included in the implementation.

Where does our data live?

On your own servers or private cloud. The ERP, CollabMatrix and the clinic platform are self-hosted, so customer data never lives on a vendor’s cloud and leaves with you if you ever move on. CollabMatrix is also available as SaaS if you prefer.

What is Business 360, and when should I choose it?

Business 360 is our flagship managed model: software solutions, AI and automation, and managed operations (marketing, sales, recruitment, support and strategy) run by one accountable team. Choose it when the pain is cross-functional. If you need one contained thing, such as just an ERP or just recruitment, start with a single service.

How do you price custom software projects?

Pick the model that fits: Fixed Price, Time & Material, Dedicated Team, or Partnership with shared cost and profit. We can also extend your in-house team with hand-picked talent. Every engagement includes weekly reporting and a 3-month delivery warranty.

What does tech recruitment cost?

Placement fees are based on annual salary and compensation: 15% for C-level, 12% for team leaders, 10% for developers, and a reduced 8% when we fill three or more vacancies. The fee is payable only on success, and the first consultation is free.

Do you work with early-stage startups?

Yes. If you have low investment but a great idea, we will pay part of your development cost with our services in exchange for equity. Through our partnership programme we can invest up to 50% of the initial costs. A startup project is typically ready within 8 weeks.

Can I resell Raznameh services?

Yes, through the Strategic Partnership programme. Partners earn 20–50% profit potential by finding projects and managing client relationships. In the first six months we provide hands-on sales strategy and negotiation support.

Where are your teams based?

Our main office is in Ruislip, London. We manage clients and contracts in Ireland, run sales and marketing in the UK, and have development teams in Armenia and Turkey.
